Refund policy

AidaWardah always strive to ensure every piece reaches you in perfect condition. If there is any issue with your order, we're here to assist you.

 

Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged or incorrect.

• Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel
• Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags intact
• Sale items and discounted items are not eligible for return

 

Exchange
We currently allow exchange for defective items or incorrect items received. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if the item is out of stock for exchange or the item received is confirmed defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please allow 5-7 working days for processing.

 

Important Notes

• Slight colour differences due to lighting or screen display are not considered defects
• Measurements may vary slightly (1-3cm) are not considered defects
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side
